Three-Phase Oil-Immersed Medium Voltage & High Voltage Power Supply Distribution Transformer​

Features:

1.The iron core adopts the high- -class cold-rolled oriented silicon steel,45° three- class sloping seam, no punching,and the limb is coated with the polyurethane varnish and solidified.
2.The coil adopts OFC conductor,with reasonable structure,improving the ability to resist the sudden short circuit.
3.It is provided with effective support at winding end surface,to further improve the short citcuit resistance of winding.
4.It cancels the oil tank,the winggs of ripple oil tank take the place of oil tube as the cooling element,and can expand and contract with the oil volume of transformer the transformer oil is isolated with the air,to prevent and alleviate the oil deterioration and insulation dampness, improve the operation reliability,in addition,it is free maintenance under normal operation

Typical test values and performances are performed in the painting lab on steel plates during the whole painting process in order to confirm the following:
• Minimum paint thickness film (ISO 2808): 70µm
• Specular gloss factor at 60 Deg (ISO 2813): 90 +/- 5%
• Falling weight test (ISO 6272): 1Kg/050cm
• Erichsen cupping test (ISO 1520): 08mm
• Scratch test (Adhesion ISO 2409): 0
• Bend Test (cylindrical mandrel ISO 1519): 3,0mm
• Salt spray (Fog) test (ISO 7253): Over 1000 Hours
